Responsible Gaming at db234 —
Your control, your choice
db234 believes gambling is a form of entertainment — not a way to make money. We are always ready to keep you safe.
What is responsible gaming and why does it matter?
When gambling goes beyond entertainment and starts having a negative impact on your life, it becomes a problem. At db234, we have always believed that every player should stay in control of their budget, time, and emotions. Responsible gaming means treating gambling as a mindful, occasional part of your entertainment — not a source of harm.
Our platform has a number of tools and policies that help you stay fully in control of your gambling experience at all times. If any issues arise, our 24/7 support team is always there for you. Just remember — gaming is meant to be fun, not a way to cope with stress.
db234 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair environment for everyone. We focus on your protection through SSL encryption, fair play assurance, and responsible gaming policies. From age verification to self-exclusion — all our measures are in place for you.

- You are spending much more time gambling than you planned.

Help yourself — 5 practical steps
Set your budget in advance
Before each session, decide the maximum amount you are willing to spend. Use db234's deposit limit feature to lock that amount into your account — so even in an emotional moment, you cannot go over your limit.
Set a time limit
Decide on a fixed time limit before you start playing. Set an alarm or use the time-out feature. When the session ends, step away — save the rest for the next day.
Don't chase your losses
Placing more bets to "win back" losses very often leads to even bigger losses. A loss means that session is over — start the next session fresh with a new budget.
Talk to someone you trust
Have an open conversation with a family member or a trusted friend about your gambling habits. An outside perspective is often clearer than your own — and it creates an opportunity for a helping hand.
